Oppo N1 rear touch panel teased, LG G2 can get envious

Oppo has been teasing its upcoming phone, the N1, but apparently, its killer feature will be an LG G2 feature killer from the start. If the G2 has rear-mounted buttons, as we’ve discussed at length here on Pocketnow, the N1 will apparently have a rear-mounted, wait for it, touch panel.

Just below the camera, on the back, as you can see in the image above, will be a touch panel which will recognize finger gestures in four directions: left, right, up, and down. While these could be used for so many things (scroll, zoom, swipe, volume, etc.), we hope Oppo allows future owners to customize the actions. Apparently, there are no other details at the moment, but at the pace Oppo is teasing the phone, we might get a few soon.
