Last week we’ve heard official wording from Motorola (its VP, Punit Soni) about additional carriers on which the Moto X will land in a “matter of days”, and, at the same time, and with the same timeframe, we also heard about the Developer Edition version of the phone.
On that exact note, Motorola has updated its “ways to buy” Moto X page, adding a render of the Developer Edition phone. As you can see pictured above, we’re looking at a black-and-white flavor (black front with white back), and a “Developer Edition” text specifically being called out on the bottom. The text says “Moto X Developer Edition will have a look all its own, 32 gigs, and of course—an unlockable bootloader”. No other details appear, aside from “coming soon”, but we’ll let you know as soon as we hear more.
