Motorola talks Moto X availability for additional carriers

The Moto X is up for sale at AT&T and the Moto Maker is (sort of) active. That’s well and good for the carrier, but what about Sprint, US Cellular, and Verizon? What about T-Mobile and BYOD? What about a developer edition, and sales through the Google Play Store? We may not yet have hard answers to all those questions, but we get a little new insight today, thanks to some comments from a Motorola VP.

On his Google+ page, Punit Soni informs potential Moto X buyers that other carriers will start getting the Moto X in a matter days. When pressed for clarification, he doesn’t get much more specific, but makes it clear that “days” means days: not weeks, not months. He also talks about the developer edition of the Moto X arriving in the same timeframe.

Well, that’s better than nothing, we suppose, but we’re still left quite a bit wanting. We really wouldn’t expect to hear anything over the weekend, but next could arrive with some much more specific info about the rest of this Moto X roll-out.
