It’s been a while since LG threw a slate on the market and even those weren’t among the most successful ones. Apparently, the South Korean company is preparing a new tablet, the LG G Pad, to be unveiled in September at IFA 2013 in Berlin, according to reports.
Those who claim to have knowledge of details concerning the LG G Pad talk about an 8.3-inch screen with 1920×1200 resolution, a quad-core processor, and 2GB of RAM. Additional rumors talk about a very thin form factor with minimal bezels and an aluminum back for reduced weight. It will allegedly be very pocketable despite the rather large-is form factor.
We’ll be in Berlin, as usual, and we’ll bring you all the juicy details, as we get them.
