Not too long ago we’ve seen a purported image showing just how big the HTC One Max will be. The Taiwanese company is reportedly preparing an HTC One-like phablet to complete the line-up consisting of the One, and One Mini.
The image above, coming from @evleaks, allegedly depicts the One Max phablet in the form of a leaked press render. Apparently this is not the final version but it is as close as it gets as far as pictures we’ve seen of the device. You can clearly see the One-like design and construction. As with the One Mini, HTC repositioned the LED flash at the back of the device. Other than that, everything appears to be the same, until close inspection.
About the only question concerning this device is the date of unveiling (and of course, the pricing). We know Samsung is preparing a Galaxy Note III for IFA so HTC might play the same cards and announce its own phablet at the upcoming Berlin show.
