Probably the last among the big guns to unveil its 2013/2014 flagship is Apple. The company is expected to announce the iPhone 5 follow-up, alongside a cheaper mode, so far being referred to as the iPhone 5C.
According to recent reports, the date to circle in your calendar for the iPhone event is September 10, as learned from sources by AllThingsD. It will also be the date when the new version of iOS, iOS 7, will most likely be made available for compatible devices. Aside from that, Apple is facing a steady decline in marketshare and we’re yet to see whether the low-cost iPhone rumors turn out to be true (with a new device), or not (by going the good old, discounting the previous model-way).
