Teal and blue Huawei Ascend W2 color options have already been leaked but the specs were subject to speculation. No more, as the device has popped up at the ongoing Mobile Asia Expo 2013. We’re finally seeing confirmation of the Huawei Ascend W2 specs, even though they’re not high-end.
One might even consider this phone as an entry-level Windows Phone with a 4.3-inch WVGA screen, dual-core 1.4GHz processor, 512MB of RAM, and 8GB of internal storage, specs worthy of Windows Phone Tango back in the day. The dimensions of the device are 134 x 66.7 x 9.9 mm. Now these specs are nothing like those we heard rumored, but Huawei called it out specifically as the “first low-cost smartphone with Windows Phone 8″. Wonder what Nokia thinks about this!
Aside from the color options leaked earlier, there was also a red option on display at the Mobile Asia Expo. Now, we can all move on.
