It might be safe to dial down the skepticism on the recent Nokia EOS leaks. More and more information is hitting the interwebs, and the latest is a video with a close-up of the camera system on the back of the rumored upcoming device. You can check that video out at the bottom; those who have seen, or own, a Nokia 808 PureView, will instantly recognize the lens system, lens cover, and mechanics. Everything appears to function like on the 808 PureView, from the lens cover to the lens movement, which lends us to believe there might be (should be) and ND filter included too, like on the Symbian camera-king.
Meanwhile, Vizileaks has collected all of its leaked pictures in a “mini review”. They mention build quality, “a nice feel to it, solid, smooth, a bit weighty”, and “it feels cool and metallic, although not sure if it is actually metal or whether its a premium polycarbonate plastic”.
There’s no confirmation (or leak) of the internals, references to which are reportedly hidden. However, the phone is expected to land in July as an AT&T exclusive, if all the Nokia EOS leaks turn out to be true, but everything else, including the camera system, is still a mystery.
Thanks everyone for the tip!
