Stephen Elop, CEO of Nokia, said that there’s much more to come from Nokia this year. Talking to Mobilegeeks while in Berlin, Stephen Elop reiterated his thoughts concerning the switch to Windows Phone, made on February 11, 2011: it was the right choice.
The company recently unveiled the Nokia Lumia 928 for Verizon and the Nokia Lumia 925 for T-Mobile, as well as the international market. A so-called Nokia “EOS” (Elvis) Windows Phone with an alleged 41-megapixel camera is also rumored. Imaging is not the only category where Nokia excels, though it is one of major importance with regards to sensors and optics. Mapping solutions offered to all Windows Phones (and phones on other platforms) through Nokia Here are also something Nokia is proud of.
What can we expect from Nokia in the near future? An aggressive product policy as well as several new Lumia phones on the market, according to Stephen Elop. Now, just bring on that rumored Nokia EOS/Elvis!
Thanks everyone for sending this in!
