There have been a lot of rumors about the next version of iOS, ever since Jonathan Ive allegedly took the helps of its development. Tim Cook, Apple’s CEO, while talking at the D11 Conference, confirmed some of the rumors we all took for granted over the past couple of months: iOS 7 coming at WWDC.
According to Cook, Ive is indeed working on a new version of iOS. It will be revealed next month with the occasion of Apple’s yearly WWDC conference. The CEO added that ”Jony had contributed significantly to the look and feel of Apple over many many years and could do that for our software as well”. While not giving out any details about the recent rumors of a flat interface, Tim Cook did indeed confirm that Ive was “really key” to the development of Apple’s next generation of mobile OS.
