With Microsoft’s plans to update Windows Phone in order to add Full HD resolution to the table, OEMs get more freedom in designing and building higher-end hardware. Nokia apparently wants in on the phablet bandwagon as Financial Times reports that the Finnish manufacturer is planning on adding a phablet to its Lumia line-up, most probably to compete with Samsung’s Galaxy Note.
The EOS-codenamed PureView Lumia is back in the headlines with the same report claiming it could land as early as July. It could (allegedly) have a 41-megapixel sensor but it will also be accompanied by another device, the Catwalk (the device we’ve seen purported images of just yesterday).
