If you’re trying to figure out exactly how many Galaxy Tabs there are, don’t worry, we feel your pain. If you thought that Samsung has had enough with its sluggish tablet sales, well think again. Recent leaks now show us a render of a new Galaxy S Tab, which may also be called the Galaxy Tab 3 Plus as well. Now just word of warning, the fact that this device includes an earpiece screams “fake” loud and clear, but since we’ve seen Samsung do this in the past and not really use it, we’ll assume this as a rumor for now.
What’s special about this possible new tablet? Well leaked specs include a Exynos 5410 Octa CPU, Power SGX 544MP3 GPU, 2GB RAM, 10″ 2560×1600 display, 8MP camera, 9000 mAh battery and IR blaster. The display alone will definitely make this tablet something interesting to pick-up, but with the fact that the photos show this tablet to look almost identical to Google’s Nexus 10, which Samsung also builds, and the interest fades away.
Just as the Galaxy Note 8.0, this tablet will include the same home button, menu button, back button arrangement. It’s still too early to know if there will be some S-Pen functionality baked-in, but we’ll be all over this tablet if it ever leaves rumor mill.
