This year might be the year of the smartwatch. Apple is rumored to have one in the works, and so does Google. A Samsung executive confirmed the company’s plans for a wearable smart time piece and now reports are talking about the other South Korean manufacturer, LG, planning on joining the game.

The information comes from “sources” and they claim LG is also working on an innovative product similar to Google Glass. However, there were no more details made public regarding specs, platform of choice, availability and other such information.
