The Huawei Ascend P2 may be the company’s hot smartphone for today, but don’t forget about the Ascend D2, the 1080p Android we heard announced back at the CES. While we got to go hands-on with the handset at the time, we weren’t able to really show you just what the phone’s thirteen-megapixel camera was really capable of. Well, now that we’re in Barcelona for the Mobile World Congress, we once again croseed paths with the D2, and this time we had the opportunity to put the phone’s camera through its paces.
We didn’t fiddle with any settings here: these were taken in full-auto mode, though with the benefit of plenty of ambient light, so they should pretty closely mirror what you’d get through casual usage. Let us know what you think of the quality (or just of our handsome faces) in the comments.
