Earlier this week we learned about some data Alan Mendelevich from AdDuplex had uncovered about new Nokia models through connection info collected from those devices, and now he’s back at it, sharing some more data on some and spotting what just might be a Nokia tablet.
That model RM-860 we saw earlier, the one identified as running on Verizon’s network, is now identified as having a 1280 x 768 resolution. As a result, it could be the carrier’s Lumia 920 that we’ve heard so much about. If not, it’s clearly another higher-end model.
The most interesting device here could be the RX-108, which Mendelevich claims is running Windows 8. Whether that’s the full version or just RT, his records don’t indicate, but the presumption is that this could be the long-awaited Nokia tablet. Of course, just because such a model is under testing doesn’t mean it’s remotely near ready for release, but it’s an intriguing development, all the same.
