Windows Phone’s ecosystem may have grown by leaps and bounds over the course of the year, but we’ve still been waiting for Microsoft and its partners to fill some gaping holes in the form of big-name titles. Earlier today, we bid farewell to one of the most significant of those gaps by welcoming Spotify to Windows Phone 8.
The app has been available on Windows Phone 7, in various forms, for quite some time – but it wasn’t until this morning that the Beta version landed for users of Microsoft’s more modern mobile platform.
