We just got done showing you some shots of what may be new iPhone components, and now we switch gears and head over to Android-land, with a new hands-on video to check out of HTC M7 parts.
ETradeSupply got its hands on a couple pieces of hardware that appear to be of HTC’s highly-anticipated M7. There’s the phone’s rear panel, which is a dead-ringer for the pictures we’ve already seen, as well as a middle piece, but no front to go with them. Still, that’s enough for doing some comparisons with other HTC models, and while a departure from the One series, it’s quite clear that the M7 will follow closely in the Droid DNA’s footsteps.
Unfortunately, without a front piece the site wasn’t able to confirm the 4.7-inch screen, but its measurements do suggest that the assembled phone’s display could be very close to that figure.
Recently, we’ve heard rumors that HTC might try and get a jump on the Mobile World Congress, announcing the M7 as soon as February 19. That’s only three weeks away, so we’re hoping to learn the truth about the phone’s launch quite soon, indeed.
