January: the post-holiday comedown mixes with the post-CES recovery and pre-MWC quiet to form a lull of epic proportions. Fortunately though, leaks and rumors never stop, and we’ve got a few of them to bat around on this episode of the Weekly.
Today, Joe Levi and Anton D. Nagy each return to the podcast to talk rumored Sony Xperia tablets, LG Windows Phones, and the will-it-never-die speculation surrounding a cheap iPhone. Also making the cut: the HTC M7 and Samsung Galaxy S IV, the Huawei Ascend W2, and some far-out pseudo-news regarding LG’s supposed “Nexus 5″ and “Nexus 7.7.”
All that, plus Joe and Tony robo-voice and talk of pitching machines with an appetite for smartphones, after the break. Sorry we didn’t get to listener mail this time around, but we’ve got plenty in the buffer for future episodes! So open a channel, open a refreshing beverage, and open your mind: episode 027 of the Pocketnow Weekly is here. Send feedback, questions, and requests to podcast [AT] pocketnow [DOT] com.
