We’ve heard about the Sony Xperia Tablet Z shortly after CES, expected to pack a 10.1-inch screen with 1080p resolution, 1.5GHz quad-core Snapdragon S4 Pro SoC, 2GB of RAM, 32GB internal storage, 6,000mAh battery, Android Jelly Bean on-board of a ruggedized build.
If the screenshot above is any indication then the new Sony tablet will be announced by NTT DoCoMo on January 22, after which it will be on display between January 23 and 27. The information was pulled from the “docomo smartphone lounge” which appears to be directly linked to the Japanese carrier. If the above turns out to be true then we can surely expect to see Sony’s latest tablet on the show floor of MWC a little more than a month from now.
