Samsung Galaxy S II Getting Android 4.1 Jelly Bean In February, At Least In Singapore

Before officially announcing the Galaxy S II Plus, Samsung unveiled some details regarding the upcoming Android Jelly Bean update for the Samsung Galaxy S II. We didn’t have a time frame at the time but it appears that thing are becoming clearer for S II owners.
A company spokesperson unveiled to Cnet that the Android 4.1 Jelly Bean refresh will start rolling out in Singapore, for the Galaxy S II, at the beginning of February. That doesn’t say reveal too much for those who are rocking the 2011 flagship but it surely gives you a reference date if you are living in other regions.
