Christmas is just days away, and to help celebrate the whole holiday season, the gang over at Google has cooked-up a little holiday video to share with us all.
Sadly, while the Google team lives it up at the office party, one lonely little Android gets left out of the festivities. Of course, it’s Android (the platform) to the rescue, and with the help of the latest Nexus hardware, the Google team is able to throw together a miniature holiday scene to raise Andy’s spirits.
While it’s all very cute, we can’t help but take special note at the featured placement of the Nexus 7 dock we’ve been talking about recently. It’s gone up for pre-order online already, but that was through a third-party retailer; up until now we hadn’t seen Google itself take any interest in it. Could this be a sign that Google might be introducing the dock to the Google Play Store? Maybe we’ll see it make an appearance in time for the new year. There’s also a skinny Nexus 10 dock in there, but we don’t get to see it in much detail.
