Sony ‘Odin‘ and ‘Yuga‘ code names were shamelessly popping up on the interwebs recently and the upcoming, alleged, 2013 flagship from Japan seems to have received an early review treatment courtesy of Mobile-Review in Russia. Needless to say that the specs are promising, worthy of flagship status.
The Yuga C6603 packs a five-inch Full HD screen with 440 PPI, something we’ve already seen on the Droid DNA. Not only that, but the Sony Yuga packs the same quad-core Qualcomm Snapdragon S4 Pro SoC — yes, Qualcomm, not another make. Also in are 2GB of RAM and all the usual suspects, like Bluetooth 4.0, WiFi, NFC and possibly LTE functionality. You can get excited about the 12-megapixel main camera as well as Android 4.1.2 Jelly Bean. We don’t know about you but CES can be the perfect opportunity to show this phone off early in 2013 (and there’s always MWC following quickly after that).
