We’ve heard a lot about the Huawei Ascend W1 recently but with CES 2013 just around the corner leaks and rumors start to pile up, this time about the Chinese manufacturer. According to a recent report Huawei will bring two Windows Phone 8 devices to Las Vegas, one lower-end and one higher-end.
The Ascend W1 is expected to be one of them, with rumored specs including a 4.3-inch WVGA display, 1.2GHz dual-core processor, 512MB of RAM, 4GB of internal storage, five-megapixel camera, VGA front-facer, and a 2,000 mAh battery. According to reports it will go for 1,499 Renminbi (around $240) in China.
The second device, higher-end among the two, is expected to be the Ascend W2 (probably pictured above) which was no stranger since mid-November. Will these phones manage to steal some of the market from Nokia, HTC, and Samsung?
