There were a couple of issues with Windows Phone 8 (and they were not device or model specific) like the reboot problem and the WiFi bit (though this one was not necessarily a bug) but they seem to be gone now, at least on some HTC Windows Phone 8X models, with the addition of an OTA update.
According to reports, global versions of the phone are getting an OTA update which will bump the OS version all the way to 10211. With it comes a fix for the reboot problem, the option to keep WiFi alive when screen is off, SMS drafts and probably some others too. We’re expecting the Lumia 920 to get the same treatment really soon.
