Are you one of the growing number of us rocking a Jelly Bean device? If so, Google’s got a new version of Google Search all ready for you to check out, introducing a bunch of new cards.

Google Search gives you access to Google Now, and with these new features, your voice-commanded phone sounds like it could be quite a bit more useful this holiday season. Google knows that for many of us this time of year means travel, and there a couple new cards to help ease your journey. If you’re traveling by plane on United, the app will pull up your electronic boarding pass (additional airline support coming later), while you’ll get weather alerts in advance of reaching your destination. There’s also integration with Google Goggles to help you identify things at places like museums, and an event finder to locate interesting things to check out.

As for the app’s voice support, Google’s giving it a few new tricks, like being able to initiate a barcode scan, identify a currently-playing song, or post Google+ updates.

The latest Google Search is available in the Play Store now.
