It was just yesterday that we’ve seen Microsoft release its Skype client, dubbed preview, for Windows Phone 8, and today the iOS variant receives a version bump. The old instance of the application was stretched on the higher resolution display of the iPhone 5 (with black bars on top and bottom) but this has been now fixed.
Support for the iPhone 5 is the main feature included with the refresh. The current version, 4.1.2, also includes your ordinary sett of unnamed bug fixes. If you have the latest iPhone and you’re a heavy Skype user make sure to check the source link below or your App Store on the device to receive the latest version and get rid of the black bars.
