Windows Phone fans can theoretically choose between two Nokia (Lumia 920, Lumia 820), two HTC (Windows Phone 8X, Windows Phone 8S) and one Samsung model but it looks like the choice is limited to the first four devices with Samsung’s own ATIV S being pushed, at least in the UK, until mid-December. Introduced in August 29 as the first device powered by Windows Phone 8, it appears to be the last among the key players on some markets.
Our friends over at Clove have updated the status of the phone and if you’re in the UK (or want to import it) the information will not make you happy: “first stock delayed until week commencing December 10th”, but you can still pre-order yours for £369.00 (£442.80 including VAT) or roughly $585 for the unsubsidized, SIM-free unit.
