Samsung made a bold move to bring back the stylus in the form of an S-Pen on the initial Galaxy Note; fast forward to today and the Galaxy Note II employs it and so does the Galaxy Note 10.1. All Android devices, right? Well, if the video below shows information which will turn out to be true Samsung will bring the S-Pen (and its respective S-Note application) to Windows 8.
The Samsung ATIV Smart PC in the video below not only seems to have an S-Note variant (pretty much the same as the application from Android) but it also shows an included S-Pen to take advantage of it. It is holstered within the Windows 8 tablet itself and can operate the same way as on Android devices, in terms of note taking, drawing, etc. Rumor has it that Samsung will also port its S-Memo app to Windows 8 so we’re seeing the South Korean manufacturer bridging the two worlds by using features that turned out to be popular on Android.
