The Samsung Galaxy Note II is running Android 4.1 Jelly Bean out of the box and the Galaxy Note will soon see its official update — after the S III has gotten its refresh and the S II is expected to be in the game as well. There’s an Android 4.1.1 Jelly Bean ROM leaked for the original Note with build N7000XXLS2 and dated October 9.
However, there are already traces of the original Note running build N7000XXLS7 which is based on Android 4.1.2, with TouchWiz Nature UX on top of it. Chances are that the original Note will skip Android 4.1.1 altogether and be updated directly to Android 4.1.2. The refresh is expected to land this year alongside the one for the Samsung Galaxy S II. Check out the video below and if you know French, it’s time to remember it.
