When it comes to Windows Phone 8 on Verizon we didn’t really have too much info to digest, aside from the occasional leaks of the Lumia 822, recently spotted in white, and the reports claiming a beefed-up Lumia 920 variant of some sort. According to recent reports Verizon has started its own Windows 8 training process.
The image above is allegedly snapped off of an HTC Windows Phone 8X and if you check the Phone tile you’ll see that it is currently registered on Big Red’s network, or at least that’s what it reads. As far as official wording is concerned it appears that we’ll probably hear something relevant in about two weeks from now, if the rumors are to be believed.
Verizon hasn’t shown too much Windows Phone love in the past with the Trophy being their only offering but things might change now that Windows Phone 8 is just around the corner.
