We reviewed the Samsung Galaxy Note II — the global version — but this one will not be different from the AT&T variant in terms of internals and design. Now, almost two months after its introduction at the 2012 IFA in Berlin, AT&T is officially announcing the phone for its line-up.
October 25 is the day you need to circle in your calendar if you want to pre-order the phablet; November 9 is the availability date. The official AT&T price is $299.99 with a two-year agreement. As a reminder, the Galaxy Note II packs a 1.6 GHz quad-core Exynos processor, 2GB of RAM, eight-megapixel main camera, 5.5-inch HD Super AMOLED display and will run on Android 4.1 Jelly Bean with support for AT&T’s 4G network. Meanwhile, if you’re not looking to get the latest and greatest (or you’re short on cash), you can check out the original (last year’s) Galaxy Note on AT&T for $100 less.
