If you were waiting for the Motorola Droid RAZR HD and its 4.7-inch Super AMOLED HD screen paired with a 1.5GHz dual-core SoC to land on Verizon (and its larger battery-equipped twin, the RAZR MAXX HD), you can now have it. The RAZR HD goes for $199 with a two-year contract ($599.99 outright) and the RAZR HD MAXX for $299 with its respective commitment ($649.99 sans).
If you’re a power user you’d probably be interested in the RAZR HD Developer Edition (sorry folks, no RAZR MAXX HD Developer Edition yet) and its unlockable bootloader. It costs $599.99, same as from Verizon outright, but this one comes with the usual warning that your warranty will be voided once you set it free.
