The Jelly Bean update process for the Samsung Galaxy S III has begun but unfortunately users of only a few regions can call themselves lucky to have received the refresh. However, good news for Galaxy S III owners in France, Spain, Romania and Austria as reports are showing that the firmware is rolling out.
The build is reportedly the same, I9300XXDLIH, and as you can see in the screenshot above, the update weighs 318.58MB, including the system version bump to Android 4.1.1 Jelly Bean, new Home Screen mode plus some other goodies. If you can’t wait for the OTA notification to hit your device take a look at the source link to see if you can grab a compatible ROM (of course, acting at your own risk).
