Ready for some new Samsung device rumors? We’ve got very little to go on this time around, but the word on the street is that Samsung could be working on its model GT-i8190 for release later this year, and it’s currently going by the codename Golden.
There is only a very sparse collection of specs to accompany this rumor, and we’re more or less in the dark when it comes to important stuff like display size and the choice of SoC.
The phone’s supposed to have a five megapixel main camera, which doesn’t exactly paint the picture of a top-tier phone, though it could find a space in Samsung’s lineup as a mid-range or lower-high-end handset. There have been two color options tipped for the Golden, a very Samsung pairing of ceramic white and metallic blue.
Supposedly, the Golden would debut around mid-November, ditching that codename for what’s presumed to be a Galaxy-series moniker.
This doesn’t give us much to go on, so we’re hoping that some additional info on this model, assuming this rumor is even legitimate to begin with, surfaces over the next several weeks.
