If you have an HTC One X you should be expecting the official Android 4.1 Jelly Bean update to land on your phone next month, according to recent reports. That’s the same timeframe in which the Samsung Galaxy S III, its direct competitor, is set to receive its refresh bumping the OS version all the way to the latest.
The information is not an official one — and is so far not confirmed — but is looks like a logical move. The reports also goes on saying that if you have a carrier version, as usual, your update might be late, but the entire process should be done in time for Christmas. The HTC One X+ which we are all eagerly expecting as an upgrade to the One X will be launched, allegedly, with Jelly Bean out-of-the-box, whenever that will happen.
