Sony’s brand new Xperia Tablet S has seen the light of day at the IFA in Berlin and we’ve taken a quick look at the slate while we were at the keynote. It packs a Tegra 3 quad-core CPU running clocking at 1.4GHz, 9.4-inch display with 1280×800 resolution, eight-megapixel main camera, one-megapixel webcam, plus the usual suspects.
It became available in the U.K. on September 7 and is now ready for you to purchase in the U.S. too. The 16GB version goes for $399,00 and the top model, with 64GB of internal storage will set you back $599,99 (they ask $499,99 for the 32GB flavor). Regardless of which one you choose to pick up, they’re in stock, and estimated to ship on September 11, 2012. Check out the source links below if you want to grab one!
