There’s no better way to celebrate the launch of a new music service, than with Music. Nokia has just announced their availability of Nokia Music in the United States, and their way of saying hello is with a concert led by Green Day.
The event will take place atĀ Irving Plaza in New York City on September 15th, but sadly there’s a catch. This is not a public event. If you want to spend some time with Nokia and celebrate, you’ll have to enter a contest via Facebook, and win obviously. Green Day wants this to be a fan-based event, so those that do the best job in promoting the concert all over Facebook will win a free ticket for some intimate time with the band. Sadly we can’t confirm if that sort of loyalty will also include your ability to win a new Lumia, but hey, Green Day is enough right?
Nokia Music is already available for download in the US, so if you have a Lumia, start enjoying the service.
