Some of you might not be as fortunate as me when it comes to the Nexus 7; even though I’m living in a country that doesn’t have the Nexus tablet officially just yet, I can easily “confiscate” Michael Fisher’s while being in Berlin to cover the IFA this week.
However, if you live in Germany, France or Spain, the first official Nexus tablet is now available on the Play Store, in addition to initial markets like U.S., U.K., Canada and Australia. Google probably didn’t get the memo that one U.S. dollar is not by far equal to one British pound or one Euro; however, the prices are exactly the same as those in America, only in different currencies: €199 for the 8GB model and €249 for 16GB variant for Germany, France and Spain (and £159, £199 in the U.K.).
