After seeing how the fully assembled iPhone 5 would allegedly look we have to remember that recent rumor which was talking about a possible September 21 launch for Apple’s next iPhone. Since Apple is usually making the phones available ten days after the announcement, we were wondering whether a September 11 event would be possible or not.
iMore is chiming in quoting its usual sources (which they seem to believe accurate) according to which the announcement will reportedly be held on September 12, 2012. Not only that the new iPhone will be unveiled on that particular Wednesday but also, according to the same sources, the iPad Mini too (and the new iPod nano and maybe the new iPod Touch?).
With the same occasion Apple is believed to show off some yet unseen (probably hardware specific) features of its next generation mobile platform, iOS 6.
However, as usual with leaks and rumors before a huge launch, please treat the above accordingly. Whether these reports will turn out to be true is anyone’s guess but we’ll definitely let you know more as soon as we find out!
