Where’s Your Nexus 7? Google Shares News Of Shipping Progress

Following news of the tablet’s Google Wallet-enabling update, we’ve got one more tidbit of Nexus 7 news for you this evening, upon Google updating its shipping estimates for the tablet around the globe.

So, where’s your Nexus 7?

In the US, 8GB orders have shipped, and 16GB orders placed as of a week ago will ship by the end of Thursday, with a free upgrade to overnight shipping. Orders that also included other products may be slightly delayed, or the items may not arrive all at once.

Canada’s also caught-up on 8GB shipments, and there’s another week or two to go before Google gets to all the 16GB orders.

Google’s looking to July 20 as its goal for shipping orders to Android fans in the UK. The only exception to that are 16GB orders placed more than a couple days after the tablet’s announcement; those early ones will get out this week, but more recent ones will have to wait until next week.

Finally, in Australia, Google will have both 8GB and 16GB models shipped by the end of Thursday.
