Last month, we learned about Nokia’s plans to bring back a special-edition Lumia model that was Batman themed, this time giving the honor to the 900 instead of the 800. The phone features a Batman logo on its rear and is loaded with some exclusive Dark Knight Rises content. With limited availability (including none that we heard of in the States), though, it might not be the best option for everyone, no matter how big a Batman fan you are. That’s why we’re glad to hear that there may be another Nokia Batman tie-in, and this time for the Lumia 710.

This is by no means official confirmation of any plans to offer the 710 with such Batman accessories, but an image has surfaced showing a bunch of Xpress-on covers for the 710 with Dark Knight Rises logos. It’s unclear how these might be made available, how prevalent they may be, and what your chances would be to snag one, but as they clearly exist, we’re hoping the whole story on the covers will come out soon.

It would be especially nice to see these available individually, and not only as a promotional item with a new phone purchase. With any luck, T-Mobile will be mentioning them in advertising materials shortly.
