While we didn’t find any deal-breaking bugs on the AT&T HTC One X with the occasion of our review, some users who grabbed their unit early experienced issues related to WiFi connectivity and speed.

There were also some messaging notification problems with the phone (and not only) but HTC seems to have acted quickly with regards to the WiFi issue. “In regards to the wifi issue your running into, this is currently an issue that has been brought to our attention and we are actively working on a fix for this. We don’t have an ETA on the release of the fix yet, but we do have a work around in the meanwhile of toggling the wifi connection on the phone for a few seconds then toggling it back on. This will reset the connection from the phone to the Wifi, make it grab a new address and it should work for a while”, the company said on Friday.

Those who feel adventurous can head over to the source link and grab an update which claims to fix the WiFi bug. The build is 1.82.502.3 but if you want to be on the safe side, wait until the fix comes to your device via the official way.
