HTC One X Gets Bugfix OTA Update, Bumps Version To 1.28

The HTC One X has been out for just a little while after its official introduction at this year’s MWC and the Taiwanese manufacturer is already pushing out an update to its flagship.

The software version will be bumped to 1.28 after you apply the OTA update which might be only unveiled if you manually check for its existence. As far as the changes are concerned, it’s still the same Android 4.0.3 at its core but there are a couple of fixes regarding for instance the Menu key in certain Google apps and tweaks which should deliver better battery life. If you have an unlocked One X (network carried models might have to wait a little for the update) drop us a comment below on what you’ve noticed new.
