Spotify needs no introduction; many users in the U.S. are now enjoying high quality streaming music from the service on their computers or while being mobile. Android users however have been left a little in the dark but Spotify is preparing something.
According to reports, there will be a “major” update to Spotify on Android. How major? No details were made public but we’d be happy to see even a minor update to Spotify which would 1. make the service usable for those paying an unlimited subscription and rocking an Ice Cream Sandwich device and 2. show some dedication to all those fans on Android phones and tablets. Needless to say that the app is useless on our Samsung Galaxy S II since we installed the official Ice Cream Sandwich ROM. Are you having problems too or are you satisfied with the app?
