Motorola Brings the i867 With Push To Talk To Brazil Via Nextel

Motorola recently announced the i867 Android smartphone for the Brazilian market available via Nextel for R$899 (around $495) unlocked or R$499 (roughly $275) with a data plan.

The main selling point is represented by PTT (push-to-talk) two-way radio via Motorola’s iDEN technology. Sadly it only runs Android 2.1 (Eclair, really, in an Ice Cream Sandwich world?) but the rest of the specs are modest to say the least too: 3.1-inch display, three-megapixel camera and an included two-gigabyte microSD HC memory card (with support for up to 32GB). A Swype keyboard is present though to make input easier. Still, Eclair?
