Verizon and AT&T iPad 4G Data Plans Get Detailed

With such pandemonium yesterday of people trying to pre-order their “New iPad”, I’ll bet many didn’t even care how much AT&T or Verizon were gonna charge for their 4G data services, they still clicked the Pre-Order button. Well, the good thing is that the data plans don’t seem that bad. It’ll all depend on how much you think you’ll consume in data, which is quite the thing when you’ve got all the power of 4G LTE.

If you’ve ordered your device on Verizon, which holds by far the most reliable LTE network, the prices are:

– $20 for 1GB

– $30 for 2GB

– $50 for 5GB

If you’re on AT&T and are lucky enough to find LTE in your area, the plans are:

– $15 for 250MB (Please don’t laugh)

– $30 for 3GB (much better)

– $50 for 5GB

Both AT&T and Verizon offer three month plans each, but obviously you’ll have to pick your own poison here. Verizon has already come clear on the fact that no matter what you choose, you’ll get free Wireless Tethering in the biggest Wi-Fi hotspot known to man kind, so all we’ve got to confirm is AT&T.
