Regardless of the fact that Acer showed off the quad-core Tegra 3-powered Iconia Tab A700 at this year’s CES, the company recently announced that the Iconia Tab A200 will be available to U.S. customers starting January 15.

Though almost a week late, those who want to purchase the Android tablet can head over to the source link below where Best Buy has it listed for $349.99 (the 16GB variant). This is exactly the price suggested by the manufacturer for the 16GB variant, in contrast with $329.99 recommended for the 8GB variant.

The Acer Iconia Tab A200 is powered by nVidia’s Tegra 2 dual-core 1GHz processor, 1GB of RAM, has a 10.1-inch display of WXGA resolution 1280 x 800, and packs a two-megapixel front-facing webcam. The tablet ships with Android 3.2 Honeycomb but will receive a free update to Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich approximately one month from now, in mid-February.
