Sony ST25i Kumquat To Be Called Sony ‘Xperia U’?

The Sony LT26i, aka Nozomi, was officially unveiled as the Sony Xperia S just a couple of weeks ago in Vegas. The Sony ST25i dubbed Kumquat, which we’ve recently seen pictured, will probably continue the naming convention.

According to the Indonesian Telecoms Regulatory body website, the Sony ST25i is listed as being the Sony Xperia U. While this could turn out to be true — after all, it’s a Regulatory body website — we can’t help but wonder what the letters “S” and “U” would mean in Sony’s perception. Also, will there be other letters describing different models coming up (something in the vein of Samsung)?
