Stephen Elop was talking (not only) about Nokia’s Windows Phones in an interview in Las Vegas with the occasion of CES, an interview from which we already heard that the CEO doesn’t want fragmentation to be a problem for Windows Phone, as it if for a certain “other” ecosystem.

About the Nokia Lumia line, Stephen Elop said that there will be more models coming, something the company has been saying for quite some time. “710, 800, 900, and there is going to be more” are the words Elop used saying that he kind of likes “the fact that it was just a few weeks ago that people in the United States were writing me emails saying ‘Why can’t I get the 800 in the US?'” Now, after the introduction of the AT&T Nokia Lumia 900, people in the U.K. are asking about British availability; “a bit of excitement helps as well”, he added.

While still talking about the Lumia 900, Elop said “there are going to be successor devices, different shapes, sizes, different configurations, of course”. This certainly goes well with information we’ve recently heard about Nokia preparing exclusive Windows Phones for each operator in the U.S.A.

Elop also talks about momentum, both for Nokia and Windows Phone, about how well the products in the Lumia line-up are regarded in the market and about how positive the feedback from the users is.
