Nokia Lumia 710 for T-Mobile: First Press Shot
Having been tipped by Nokia itself in an FCC filing — and confirmed last week by The Verge — it’s really no surprise that T-Mobile will be launching the Lumia 710 at an event on Wednesday. Yet with the lower-end of Nokia’s two Windows Phone debuts still offering plenty of sex appeal, we’ll gladly take another look or two, especially when a US carrier has its branding prominently displayed.
T-Mobile will offer the Lumia 710 in both its black and white color SKUs, along with the interchangeable back covers.
The 3.7-inch, Mango-powered 710 should be the first, but certainly not the last, Finnish WP7 to hit domestic operators: the Lumia 800 is expected to adopt an LTE radio before slotting into AT&T’s lineup next year (we’re looking for a CES announcement). And then there’s the Nokia 900, a flagship device said to offer a 4.3-inch screen, 1.4GHz processor, and the same stunning industrial design as the 800. Microsoft keeps looking smarter and smarter…
